Cantine Paradiso, 1954 Primitivo
€22.95
Wine with a balanced structure is born on clay-lime soil near Cerignola. The harvest of fully ripe grapes takes place in the middle of August. 100% Primitivo has a dark ruby colour and intense aroma with tones of ripe fruit and vanilla. Full dry wine with an attractive aftertaste is partially ripened in barrels. Maturing: 2 months in stainless steel tanks, then 12 months in French oak, another 3 months in stainless steel tanks and finally 4 months in bottle. Fragrant, rich and very elegant with a fantastic, long finish.
