Cantina Di Custoza, Bianco di Custoza

In the distant 1909 Angelo Righetti bought some vineyards in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica and built the first winemaking cellar. Bianco di Custoza DOC is obtained from the Garganega, Pinot Bianco, Cortese and Chardonnay vines grown south-east from Lake Garda. Vinified in white according to the classic technique. Elegant white wine obtained from a blend of numerous varieties including, Garganera, Tocai, Trebbiano, Cortese, Malvasia and Riesling. Colour: straw yellow. Bouquet: fruity and slightly aromatic. Taste: dry and delicate.
