2. Age Verification
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase alcohol in Ireland. By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are 18 or over.
We reserve the right to request proof of age at the point of collection. If satisfactory identification cannot be provided, we may decline to release your order and will issue a full refund.
3. Placing an Order
When you submit an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order by email, but this does not mean your order has been accepted.
A binding contract between you and The Wicklow Wine Company is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order is ready for collection.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where we suspect an order has been placed for resale purposes. If we decline your order, we will notify you and arrange a full refund of any payment already taken.
4. Click & Collect
All orders placed through our website are fulfilled via Click & Collect from our shop.
Once you receive confirmation that your order is ready, you (or a nominated person aged 18 or over) may collect it during our opening hours. We will include collection details in your confirmation email.

8. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before collection. To cancel, contact us by email or phone with your order number, and we will arrange a full refund.
Once an order has been collected, it is considered complete and cannot be cancelled.
9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
We take great care in preparing your order, but occasionally things aren't right. If you collect your order and find that a bottle is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible.
We genuinely want you to enjoy every bottle you buy from us. Where something has gone wrong, we'll always aim to put it right — whether that's a replacement, a refund, or another solution that works for you. We'll handle each situation on its own merits, fairly and in good faith.
