Fragrant and pure — red berry fruit, cedar, mint and a dab of dark chocolate on the nose, with a mineral-driven refinement that could almost pass for Burgundy. Silky on the palate with expressive floral notes, spice and succulent stone fruits. Medium-bodied with firm tannins, blackberry, white pepper and bay leaf building through to a long finish.
