White Wine
Château Malartic-Lagravière Blanc 2006, 2006
€77.95
Fresh and juicy with lemon pressé character, roasted almond notes and a touch of honey, this classified white Graves has real presence and concentration. At twenty years old, it's showing beautifully — still vibrant with no sign of tiring. One of only six Bordeaux châteaux classified for both red and white wine, Malartic-Lagravière takes its name from Count Malartic, an 18th-century French naval officer — and the Bonnie family have elevated both colours significantly since acquiring the estate in 1997.
