The “Da Ponte Method”, described in the “Handbook” also with extraordinary drawings by the author, was immediately innovative and very modern and made school, becoming known and appreciated for perfumes, aromas and softness, with products of great balance and elegance. Andrea Da Ponte SpA wants to celebrate the works and friendship between Lorenzo Da Ponte and Wolfang Amedeus Mozart, creating new emotions for Venetian wine lovers.
The “Pinot Grigio Veneto IGP Giò” is a fresh and fruity white wine its smell and taste of fresh fruits gives a pleasant sensation.
A PG with a straightforward fresh nose; wet stones as a mountain spring, a whiff of fennel and ripe pear. Med to med+ acids, a refreshing bitter impression. Balanced flavors in line with the nose.
