On the nose, hints of slightly ripe fruit, floral and slightly spicy. In the mouth it is dry, warm and soft fairly structured. Excellent persistence, balanced, fine fresh, quite savory and harmonious in its entirety. Evolutionary state young, capable in the span of five or six years to develop more spicy and ethereal scents. Excellent wine suitable to accompany red meat dishes game and aged and blue cheeses.
