The brothers David and Eric Martin are installed since 2005 on the family estate, created in 1905 from 5 ha on the Plan de Dieu. They currently exploit 70 ha of vines, mainly in Gigondas and Châteauneuf-du-pape.
The Eye: Brilliant ruby, dark reflection.
Nose: Fine and elegant. Mineral, smoked with notes of roasted coffee.
Mouth: Round and sweet. Juice ripe and appetizing. Fruity, strawberry, blackberry and blackcurrant. Finale with hints of chocolate, touch of bitterness with relief. Good length.
Food pairing: Lamb mice. Boudin For Apples. Paleron with balsamic pepper vinegar.
