A wine of great purity, in its crystalline color as well as its aromas of apricot and almond, then lychee and lilac, and in its palate, of great freshness.

The vineyard is located in southern Ardèche, in the municipalities of Valvignères, Montfleury and Vogüé. The first vines were planted more than 30 years ago. The plots are judiciously selected on clay-limestone soils and granitic sandstone on hillsides and terraces on soils with low yields.

A pale gold dress. A pronounced nose of white flowers, apricot and peach; there are also aromas of pastries and confectionery. A delicate wine with a very beautiful material and a fresh and mentholated finish.
It will be very pleasant as an aperitif and will be appreciated with river fish, veal sauté or blue cheeses.
