Terra de Asorei

Francisco Asorei was a famous Galician sculptor. He was born in Cambados, core of the Albariño region. He’s considered as one of the most important figures in the renewal of the Galician and Spanish sculpture of the twentieth century.

Terra de Asorei is aged on fine lees for 3 months which presents a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose there are aromatic herbs, dill, bay leaf, balsamic as well as citrus (grapefruit, lemon) combined with tropical notes. On the palate the wine is fresh & rich, with a slight touch of sweetness of citrus and stone fruit flavours
