Domaine de Miselle, Blanc Moelleux
Domaine de Miselle is one of the domains that seem to have been built to last for centuries and slowly built their vineyard with patience and a lot of passion. Located in the heart of Gascony in the country of “Bas-Armagnac”, the 28 ha of vineyards of the estate, grouped around wine cellars, spread on hillsides sandy loam so-called sands, typical of the region. Property of the eighteenth, the estate is, for a long time already, dedicated to viticulture, Armagnacs being produced as early as the 19th century. In 1998, the Chevallier family, originally from the north of France, decided to revive this typical Gascony estate. A modern winery is inaugurated and the first bottles of IGP Côtes de Gascogne wine on behalf of Domaine de Miselle are marketed. Today, Domaine de Miselle, entirely family-run, is continuing its project to develop, in respect of the environment, wines of Gascony that are the expression of the terroir where they were born.
Superb brilliant light golden robe. On the nose floral aromas and honey. On the palate, after a round and fresh attack, supple and unctuous, its citrus flavours and hints of honey and liquorice make it an elegant and easy to drink Gascony. Through this wine is Gascony that we discover.
Serve chilled, around 10 ° C, as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to foie gras, sheep cheese and desserts.
