Medium intensity aromas of yellow fruits, exotic tropical fruits, honey, vanilla, white flowers, some herbs and loads of citrus. Aroma dominated by pears and white flowers. Palate with medium acidity, light creamy texture. Pomelo citrus with zesty bitterness. Crisp with citrus flavour and herbs hints. Good persistance with mild notes dominating acidic ones. Nice dry and still smooth and light butter. Somewhat wild and slightly unbalanced wine. Certified organic Louis Max is the winemaker with long history. Good value for money. Affordable white village Burgundy. Pairing great with grilled salmon. Very nice Burgundy chardonnay. Very nice white wine. Youll love it with a good dinner.
