Mélanie Pfister, is the 8th generation and the first female winegrower of the family. Her main goal is to make a whole range of well-balanced wines. Through her hard work in the 10 hectares vineyard and in the cellar, she wants to get healthy and high quality grapes and wines, this she achieves in spades with this textbook Alsace Riesling. The Pfister wines are excellent, good arguments for the thesis that there is something seriously moving in Alsace also due to a new generation.
