Domaine de Thulon, Les Monterniers, Blanc

“Les Monterniers” are the highest plot of land of the property, and is ideally exposed. Laurent Jambon presented the first vintage of this cuvée Les Monterniers, to which the jury has reserved an excellent welcome. An original white Beaujolais, very Burgundian by its aging in barrels of 500 litres, with batonnage moreover.
Brilliant with golden reflections. Delicate association with notes of brioche and white flowers. Complex, round and rich, with notes of almond milk and yellow peaches, lively and spicy.
Gastronomic wine which will accompany fine meals (such as fried scallops, foie gras…).
