A mouthful of gluttony with notes of quince and stewed fruit. The palate offers a nice harmony on almonds, candied apricots and honey. The finish is powerful and unctuous. Yellow Gold colour with fresh, suave and complex on the nose and candied fruits, honey taste. Can be served chilled as an aperitif, accompanied with foie gras, blue-veined cheeses, sweet and savoury dishes such as quail with raisins or pork with pineapple and dessert.
