Cuvee d’une Nuit, d’Ardeche
The vineyard is located in Southern Ardèche, the Cabernet Sauvignon is located in the town of Beaulieu and the Grenache in Vogüé. The night harvest gave its name to this vintage, it is practiced between 4 am and 8 am in the morning in order to preserve all the aromas and the freshness of the grapes. Vinification is carried out by direct pressing with a very short maceration. The fermentation takes place at low temperature in order to obtain floral and fruity aromas. A beautiful melon-coloured rosé, born from a blend of Grenache and Cabernet-Sauvignon. The nose blends notes of blackcurrant and lime. The small red fruits assert themselves in an ample mouth, very round, balanced by a tangy finish. It is an easy drinking wine, ample and fruity, with good persistence and a real freshness in the mouth. It will go perfectly with white meats, simple and festive dishes and grilled fish. It will surprise you as an aperitif.
