Vini La Quercia, Colline Teramane DOCG

The grapes harvested manually are crushed within two hours and then put to ferment. At the end of tumultuous fermentation, in contact with the skins, the wine obtained is placed in steel tanks where the slow fermentation continues, then braided and left to rest for about six months after which it is decanted again and placed in Slavonian oak barrels where normal maturation occurs and a natural micro-oxygenation. Then bottled to refine for a minimum of six months. Meditative wine, structured, complex in aromas and body, excellent companion of red meat dishes. It is advisable to uncork one hour before consuming it to allow the necessary oxygenation
