Primamadre Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo Superiore Grapes: 100% Montepulciano Soil: medium mixture tending to clayey – Altitude slm: 250mt Training system: Abruzzo awning on the old vineyard and spinning on the young vineyard Sensory analysis: cherry pink wine with a fresh scent fruity of small red fruits and strawberries and a pleasantly savory and slightly velvety flavor. Type of vinification: traditional at controlled temperature. Vinification: obtained from the white vinification of Montepulciano grapes, that is kept for a few hours in contact with the skins and subsequently fermented at a controlled temperature. A brief refinement in the bottle makes it ready to be consumed. Food pairings: it goes well with meat appetizers, fish soups, legume soups, pizza and soups of all kinds.
