Type of vinification: traditional at controlled temperature. Vinification: obtained from the white vinification of Montepulciano grapes, that is kept for a few hours in contact with the skins and subsequently fermented at a controlled temperature. A brief refinement in the bottle makes it ready to be consumed. Food pairings: it goes well with meat appetizers, fish soups, legume soups, pizza and soups of all kinds.
