Deep brownish-red slightly translucent color with a complex nose of ripe cherries, raspberries, blueberry and a remarkable spiciness with notes of pepper and nutmeg, fine floral herbs, tender exotic woods. More body comes on the palate; fresh, juicy plum, elegant and  balanced, fruit and acidity are constantly shifting in between against a well developed though enjoyable background; animating, fruity wine of burgundy flair. Medium to long lasting finish. Harmonizes perfectly with dishes of wildfowl or veal!
