Souvenir of a haberdashery grandmother and seamstress who worked wonders in assembling materials, colors, lace, this wine from the blend of grapes harvested on all our parcels of Faugères combines the rectitude of Carignan, the seduction of the Syrah, the curves of Grenache, the elegance of Mourvèdre. It has the character that is expected of a Faugères, who lets himself drink young as a delicacy, and does not disappoint when time has passed. Accessible to all new consumers, it is also suitable for amateurs, who are also looking for complexity.
The vinification takes place in a traditional way, with the use of indigenous yeasts , then the wine benefits from a 9-month aging in vats . Even if this vintage has a vocation of long guard, it is eaten young as a delicacy. Over time, it develops an equally interesting complexity.
