Girard Madoux, Vin De Savoie, Pinot Noir

23.50

Pinot Noir expresses well in clay-limestone soils, it gives heady wines with a good tannic structure and flexible at the same time. It is not a wine of very long guard because of its lack of acidity. Good vintages, like 2009, have a nose on the fruit with liquorice notes.
Rather strong color, raspberry dress, tawny reflection and mahogany. Smoked in the presentation (graphite), the nose imposes an intense and full-blown expression where the kirsche fruit is surrounded by floral, spicy and agronomic notes: rose, cocoa, kirsch and candied cherry, curry and chicory; The palate is syrupy and candied while the lack of acidity is partially supported by the vegetal sign that enlivens an otherwise flexible structure and coated.
