Clos De Gamot, Le Gamotin
€16.95
This wine is considerate as the little brother of our Clos de Gamot. You can find some similarity with Gavroche, a character from Victor Hugo’s book “Les Misérable”.
Le Gamotin is a young crispy wine, a little more indomitable than his big brother the Clos de Gamot. It is a tasty, easy to drink wine, with notes of black fruits. The same attention is paid to both of those wines, from the vineyard and during its vinification. It will be the first ambassador of his big brother, the Clos de Gamot. Thus, you will find the signature Jouffreau. He will take his first steps with the 2009 vintage and he will undoubtedly follow the traces and success of Clos de Gamot.
Dress: deep red
Nose: red fruits (strawberry compote, raspberry, cherry),
Palate: Sweet wine, black fruits, freshness, well-melted tannins, nice balance, length in the mouth
Gourmet suggestions: Very easy to marry: grills, tapas…
