Chateau Pimorin Haut Medoc

The Château Pimorin comes from the blending of selected cuvees of Ch. Fontesteau, an estate located in the city of Saint Sauveur near Pauillac, renowned for the quality of its wines. The estate dates back the 13th century and is said to have been visited by François the 1st. The pilgrims of Compostelle would take the path that borders the castle’s walls. A supple, well-balanced, round wine with a firm elegant structure, fruity with loads of ripe black-fruit intertwined with spices and ripe soft tannins. Drink over red meats, little game and cheeses.
