Chateau Hauterive Le Haut, Carignan
Garnet robe, dark, limpid. Nose of black fruits and spices, peppery notes. The tannins are present but fine, the structure is harmonious. This wine goes very well with regional dishes such as cassoulet, sheep’s cheese, but also a grill of fish marinated in olive oil, garlic and herbs from Corbières.
