Domaine Des Chaffangeons selected their oldest vines to make this wine. They are between 60 and 100 years old. At this age, the vines produce few grapes and smaller but valuable berries. After a destemming and a long vatting (between 13 and 15 days), the wine obtained is more concentrated. It is a wine of guard, which will charm you by its delicacy and the purity of its fruits. We advise to drink it between 2 and 6 years of age.
