Serrano Ham produced with high quality raw material, a fresh ham meeting certain technical specifications that establish the quality standard of the Consortium of Jamón Serrano Español and a slow aging process with a final stage of curation in bodega (drying rooms with hot temperature). The whole process is controlled by a ham master, who is in charge of controlling the duration of the different stages that the Serrano Ham experiences for its proper elaboration. The objective is to obtain the best product based on the know-how, tradition and experience shown by the Consortium of the Jamón Serrano Español.
