Hue is hay, secondary tones of silver – nose is pineapple, pear and lime; uncut grass and wet stones. M+/H acidity and phenolic bitterness for sure. Green fruits on the palate, tart Granny Smith, lime with pith and even under ripe white peach – herbaceous for sure. Balanced, maybe a little over powering on the acidity and M+ finish.
