Quinta de Cabriz Biológico Tinto


Cabriz organic red wine, was produced from organically grown grapes of the traditional Dão varieties such as Touriga Nacional e Aragonês. The grapes were destemmed, crushed and transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats where they were fermented at a controlled temperature for a period of 5 to 7 days. The wine aged in stainless steel tanks for 18 months and further 3 months in bottle and did not contact with wood. Cabriz organic red wine shows a strong fruity aroma with blackberry and cherries, presents generous tannins and lots of minerality.

Organic Portuguese wine, deep color, medium intensity aromas of black fruits dried blackberry black raisin fig cherry anise black licorice chili pepper chocolate balsamic earthy black cherry almond, medium body, tannins are present, acidity balancing the wine, structured with a finish on chalk, cherry and mint oak!
