The “Da Ponte Method”, described in the “Handbook” also with extraordinary drawings by the author, was immediately innovative and very modern and made school, becoming known and appreciated for perfumes, aromas and softness, with products of great balance and elegance. Andrea Da Ponte SpA wants to celebrate the works and friendship between Lorenzo Da Ponte and Wolfang Amedeus Mozart, creating new emotions for Venetian wine lovers.

Both the aroma and the flavour of Aurora Rosè Extra Dry leave a pleasant sensation of fresh fruit, thus intensifying and completing the pleasure of an aperitif.

Light aroma of rose petals, strawberry and autumn leaves. Dry, acid, some tiny perlage, taste is very drinkable but simple, fast deliverance of sugary watery garden red berries notes, quick final.
