With a light yellow color and shiny reflections, this Riesling Schlossreben is very expressive with a mineral character reflecting the sandy-granitic soil from which it originated. Fresh on the palate it reveals to the palate a beautiful fruity matter with hints of yellow fruits, mirabelle plum and a zesty finish. A harmonious and typed ensemble. It is the gastronomic wine par excellence. It goes well with fish, shellfish, shellfish, oysters, seafood, white meats and of course sauerkraut.
