A blend of every red wine grape in the Montpeyroux appellation, the wine spends 20 months in small tuns and barrels before being carefully bottled without fining or filtering. Great complexity on the nose and in the mouth allied with the deep garnet colour that results from the grapes being picked when the skins are fully mature. A real treat with beef fillet with chanterelle mushrooms, game served with a strawberry coulis, spitroast woodcock served on toast coated with its juices.
