Very fresh light dried plums, fresh shell fish, strong but very pleasant metallic blood in the blood orange direction with black cherries and with an amaretto alcohol Mouth is very smooth with a high strung acidity, French would call it tension, with a very well balanced body, it could be easily compared to a young bourgogne in stile with a very intense cherries under spirit with a medium tannins with a very neat vanilla exit and aftertaste Still very young but excellent winemaking.
