Chateau de Cazenove, Reserve Pradines HALF BOTTLE
€9.50
Chateau de Cazenove is located in the famous Margaux appellation. The neighbours are Château Siran and the esteemed 5th Growth, Château Dauzac. The estate is run by the family de Cazenove, who lovingly create this elegant red wine. The vineyard is comprised of Merlot (75%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Cabernet Franc (5%). This wine is made using the traditions of Bordeaux passed down by successive generations and is named the Reserve Pradines blend, in tribute to this legacy. The Reserve Pradines is aged 14 months in oak barrels. On the nose the wine has intense raspberry aromas with subtle hints of cinnamon. On the palate the deep raspberry fruit is driven by fine tannins that create a gorgeous structure, balanced by a fresh acidity and a long after taste. Food pairings include Cantonese food, steamboat, fried carrot cake, steak, pork chops.
This bottle is Half Bottle (370ml) size!
