Chateau Court Les Muts Rouge, Bergerac
Court Les Muts Rouge is made by traditional vinification. The grapes are placed in pre-fermentation maceration to extract the colour and aromatic compounds. Vatting takes about 3 weeks with temperature control.
TASTING: A dominant Merlot (60%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), with aromas of small red berries, this wine of pleasure, mouth creamy, with round tannins, full of freshness, is drunk from now on and on all three coming years.
DRESS: Deep red with purple hues.
IN MOUTH: Velvety red, fleshy.
