In the cellar, the grapes are selected, destemmed and pressed, then skins macerated in must for 8-12 hours. Once separated from skins, the resulting wine is then fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a constant temperature of 14-16°C. Raspberry pink hue with a concentrated nose of red fruit, cherries, and strawberries. The typical acidity of the grape variety is evident on the long, fresh palate.
