Badajo Verdejo

14.95

The Badajo Verdejo is a white wine made by Gothic winery in the town of Rueda (Valladolid), under the DO Rueda, based on Verdejo (80%) and Viura (20%) and with 12.5% Alc. The grapes from the winery’s own vineyards are harvested at night taking advantage of the low temperature so that the grapes go cold to the winery and proceed to criomaceration and long fermentation at a low temperature, between 9.5 and 10 ºC to extract from this way the best qualities of the grape.
The Badajo Verdejo is clean and bright, with pale straw yellow color and lively lemon reflections. The smell, thanks to its long cold processing, offers a large number of intense but fresh aromas, highlighting the memory of citrus juice such as grapefruit and lemon combined with softer aromas of herbal teas such as lemon balm. The Badajo Verdejo is fresh, dry and with a good acidity that, combined with a citrus aftertaste, wraps the whole mouth with a soft creaminess that allows you to prolong your memory.
